# Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all payments made through the Jamun App and website (together the "Service"), operated by **LNPK Business Pvt Ltd** ("we", "us", "our"). ## 1. Payments and Authorization

* Payments made via **UPI AutoPay**, debit/credit cards, or other approved methods are processed only after user authorization.
* By completing a transaction, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

## 2. Subscription Plans

Jamun may offer subscription plans for premium features with clear validity and pricing:

* **Monthly Plan:** ₹149 – 30 days
* **Quarterly Plan:** ₹399 – 90 days
* **Annual Plan:** ₹1499 – 365 days

## 3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in verifiable situations such as:

* **Duplicate Payments** caused by technical issues
* **Technical Failure** where service isn’t activated after payment
* **Post-Cancellation Debit** after valid cancellation but before debit date

## 4. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds *will not* be made for:

* User cancellations after service activation
* Change of mind or accidental payments
* Partially used subscription periods
* Issues outside the company’s control (network, device errors, etc.)

## 5. Cancellations

### Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations must be requested **within 7 days** of the original purchase/renewal for refund eligibility.
* Users can cancel recurring mandates via their UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.).
* Canceling AutoPay prevents future renewals, but does *not* entitle refunds for past payments.
* Subscription access continues until the paid period ends.

## 6. Refund Processing

* Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within **7–10 working days**.
